Order Cancellations

After this 24-hour window, orders are considered processed and can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Eligibility

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
Hair must not be altered in any way (including cutting, coloring, brushing, or styling)
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
